i have purchased Samsung chat 3222 in jan 2011......i have very bad experience with Samsung because if i m listening music and side by side i want to go in message box than music player automatically shut down or some time paused.................. for this problem i asked with samsung service center than they replied this a feature provided to us from Samsung.if u have any solution than please suggest me.thanks in advance.....

I had purchased a Samsung mobile phone chat option(chat3353 or its know as GT-s3353)date of purchase 11-05-2011,dear sir i have been using it for few months and now suddenly it is giving me problems. When I open any pic or take pic from camera or open any game system hang out and message shown on screen in task manager not enough resources close some application and try again in the bottom is end all application when click on it next message is unsaved data may be lost continue? if I click on yes all application are closed. If I restart phone then I have not face any problem till minimum 15 minute but after that same problem came,
my java application are notworking on this mobile platform,I have feel major problm with that set of samsung mobile which is bluetooth...its bluetooth function is till now working very bed condition...and its slow spped of chating function is doing irritate on useing msgng function , I have been to the service center. They replace dome sheet and also up load software but the problem remains still. I am really disappointed in the phone and in the brand Samsung.I need a solution, either my money back or an exchange or repairs done to my satisfaction which obviously the company has failed to perform. 2ff7e9595c
